The Center for Theological Studies of Muntinlupa (CTSM) is CBC's formal theological training arm — equipping pastors, elders, deacons, and serious disciples with the biblical and theological tools they need to lead the church and handle God's Word correctly.
Feelings-based Christianity won't sustain anyone through a real crisis of faith. CTSM exists to build theologically literate disciples — men and women who know their Bible, understand Reformed doctrine, and can defend and teach the faith. This is Step 6: Leadership I in the CBC 7-Step Process.
Every CBC pastor and elder should be a product of serious theological training. CTSM is how we build that pipeline — ensuring that the next generation of CBC leaders is more equipped, not less, than the generation before them.
Ptr. Harry is CBC's Chief of Staff and the driving force behind CTSM. He combines deep theological conviction with practical ministry experience — and he's committed to ensuring that CBC never sacrifices doctrinal depth for numerical growth. CTSM has equipped dozens of CBC's current ministry leaders.
