Micro-Discipleship Groups (MDGs) are CBC's intentional small-group discipleship framework — Quads (4), Triads (3), and Pairs (2) where real accountability, real confession, and real spiritual growth happen. This is where the Christian life gets personal.
Church on Sunday can give you a crowd. MDGs give you people who actually know your name, your struggles, and your spiritual condition — and who won't let you drift. In the CBC 7-Step Discipleship Process, MDGs are Step 4: Affiliation.
Every CBC member should be in an MDG. Not as a program — as a way of life. Multiplication happens through relationship: D6 becomes D3 becomes D2 becomes D1 disciple-maker who starts the next group.
Sis. Nelia oversees the MDG network at CBC — training group leaders, tracking participation, and making sure every CBC member has the opportunity to be in a group that does real discipleship. She understands that programs don't make disciples — people do.
